You know how sometimes, in the morning, you make a list of 'things to do today', and then you NEVER finish the list and you feel like such a loser? I mean, the list certainly seemed reasonable and do-able when you wrote it, so what did you do all day that you couldn't finish the stupid list???
I have a solution: Write the list at night instead of in the morning. Sit down before you go to bed and list all the things you did that day: laundry, carpool, dishes, etc. Then, (this is the good part!) CHECK THEM OFF!! You will be amazed at how much you accomplished! And how good you feel about yourself. Go ahead, give it a try!
